Liquid Thunder

Liquid Thunder is written for solo percussionist, playing chimes (tubular bells) and bass drum with a variety of different implements, including chime hammers, soft yarn mallet (and the dowel of the mallet), wire brushes, bass drum mallet, and even the hands. The dark and moody textures are sonically captivating, while the extended techniques and visual expressiveness are sure to keep the audience thoroughly engaged.
